Specialized conveyor rollers
The conveyor belt rollers from Machinefabriek Stokman are made as standard with the best materials and advanced production methods. They therefore meet high standards to guarantee roundness, straightness and minimal imbalance. However, certain applications may require even more balancing. In those cases, Stokman offers special conveyor belt rollers that are extra well balanced according to the G6.3 standard (ISO21940-11:2016).
Impact rollers
Stokman Machine Factory makes special impact rollers for overflow locations to prevent damage caused by the dumping of materials. These rollers have rubber impact rings that drastically extend the life of the conveyor belt. We carefully test these rings for load-bearing capacity and deformation, so that they always meet your requirements and function optimally even in tough conditions.
Under rollers
Under rollers in conveyor systems have different functions, depending on the type of covering (rubber or polyurethane) we use. Some bottom rollers are designed to keep the conveyor belt clean, while others prevent materials from sticking to the rollers. In addition, the coating ensures that the rollers perform better and have a longer lifespan.
